    • For Supervisors: How to Prevent, Address, and Correct Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation
      • Trainer’s Unique Qualifications: Cláudia Schwartz is the EEOC-appointed consultant implementing a $47 million dollar consent decree resulting from one of the largest sexual harassment and discrimination class action suits in the U.S. Cláudia illustrates training points with real-life examples from her 20 years in HR management positions at companies with up to 10,000 employees and dozens of sensitive harassment investigations she has conducted for clients. Cláudia’s training accomplishments range from harassment training programs, through keynote speaking at SHRM events and conferences, to teaching applied employment law at the university level for over 10 years.
