The founder and Principal of HR Results, Cláudia Schwartz, has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources management with multi-industry companies of up to 10,000 employees. Cláudia has established and managed HR departments at both large and developing companies. Cláudia has been the HR consultant appointed by the courts to implement one of the largest sexual harassment / discrimination EEOC Consent Decrees in history. Her twenty-five-year experience in investigations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints has made Cláudia an objective and solutions-oriented investigator, expert witness, and harassment prevention trainer. Cláudia’s work with senior executives and boards of directors ranges from liability prevention to leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Cláudia’s association with the University of California at San Diego as Director of the HR Leadership Program, faculty, and member of the HR Advisory Board maintains her HR consulting knowledge up-to-date from theoretical frameworks to awareness of most successful practices across industries. Cláudia’s passion for strategic planning and metrics has inspired many of her public speaking engagements. Cláudia’s community involvement and international background have led to skills in foreign languages, diversity management and business management that directly benefit her clients.
